Next Sisterhood Meeting:
“Meet and Eat” on March 29th at 6PM. Business meeting at the Synagogue followed by dinner at a local restaurant (to be announced). Rides will be arranged for those needing them.
Sisterhood Board:
Current Board members are Nancy Cohen, Sheryl Feinstein, Wendy Gumberich, Doris Lifland, Elaine Morrow, and Ann Zuckerman. For others willing to work with the board on special projects -- please consider joining.
Committees:
Programming Committee - Doris Lifland will chair this committee and has lots of great ideas.
Mitzvah Committee - A Mitzvah Committee will be formed to prepare/bring meals of consolation, celebrate births, hospitality to new members, for illness and other projects. One such project could be to make holiday calls to Jewish residents at local nursing homes. Other suggestions are welcome.
Sisterhood By-Laws Committee - The Sisterhood By-Laws were written in 1966 and need to be updated. Sheryl Feinstein and Elaine Morrow are looking for other members to work with them on this project.

Mindful Fitness
Join Sharon Trinker and Wendy Williams on Wednesday mornings at 9am for sculpting, toning, pilates, and yoga and on Friday mornings at 10am for yoga. No prior workout experience necessary. Bring hand weights, a mat or towel, water and a smile. Costs $5.00 per class; $8.00 for both.
BAS Kitchen Improvements
Stop by the Bnai Abraham kitchen and see the the new appliances: freezer, oven and new refrigerator! We’ve also had the kitchen professionally cleaned. The kitchen is in ship shape and sparkles from the good cleaning.
