Rummage sale is to be held again this year and we need your help!! We are urging everyone to bring in dishes, glasses, pots and pans, clothing that is clean and unstained, books, shoes, purses, etc. No computers or appliances! Please call the Synagogue if you or your neighbors have merchandise to donate and have no way or transporting it to the Synagogue.

Mindful Fitness
Join Sharon Trinker and Wendy Williams on Wednesday mornings at 9am for sculpting, toning, pilates, and yoga and on Friday mornings at 10am for yoga. No prior workout experience necessary. Bring hand weights, a mat or towel, water and a smile. Costs $5.00 per class; $8.00 for both.
BAS Kitchen Improvements
Stop by the Bnai Abraham kitchen and see the the new appliances: freezer, oven and new refrigerator! We’ve also had the kitchen professionally cleaned. The kitchen is in ship shape and sparkles from the good cleaning.
